  If your looking for inspiration don't bother. There is about 1/4 range they used to have and nothing that says elegance. We visited 20 years ago and over the years have built up a service From their range as ours has been discontinued we were looking for something else. This time we saw nothing you couldn't get in your own high Street. Truly depressed and sad at their decline.

  Superb displays of old and new. Interesting tour of factory. Visited with school party and was disappointed with food facilities. Could do with a cafe style, cheaper, catering unit, self service and family friendly. we had to wait for table service for overpriced drinks only. Missing an opportunity fir more business from familys

  Well worth a visit...there is a lot to see, you must include the factory tour, it is worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food (I had what i thought was a snack - fish fingers in a bap, but it was a work of art! )
